Check out her quick interview and the podcast below!
THE QUICK INTERVIEW:
Conscious Creatives: Place you’d never travel to?
Kat: I can’t think of one.
Conscious Creatives: Favorite author(s)?
Kat: Roger Zelazny and Marion Zimmer Bradley, both amazing fantasy and science fiction authors. Both have taken me many beautiful and magical places.
Conscious Creatives: French fries or onion rings?
Kat: Half and half.
Conscious Creatives: Favorite thing about Nick (her bae)?
Kat: His capacity. He has the highest capacity for knowledge, passion, pain, and substances (haha) of anyone I know. His existence pushes me to be better. I love the dude.
Conscious Creatives: Top 5 Book recommendations?
Kat:
The Chronicles of Amber by Roger Zelazny
Dune by Frank Herbert
Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley
Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson
Doorways in the Sand by Roger Zelazny
In Podcast 7 Kat discusses her trip to Senegal, here are some pictures from her amazing trip!
You can find the link to the podcast at the end of the blog.

Quick interview continued...
Conscious Creatives: What's your recipe?
Kat:
"Kat Étouffé"
Dry Ingredients-
5 grams of grinded gruntle grass
3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
A dash of chile pequin
A teaspoon of powdered witch’s tears (only from the saddest witches)
A cup of grounded cello rosin
3 tiny truffle shavings
A handful of moon dirt
Wet Ingredients-
A gallon of mountain spring water
A jar of quality salsa (preferably homemade)
A drop of fresh spider venom (ideally cytotoxic)
A squeeze from a funky ball of tits
Make sure you are in a loving and accepting mindset.
Mix ALL ingredients thoroughly, allow 24 hours to ferment in a smoky room (preferably cedar and sage smoked), pour all over ground, roll in it repeatedly, let dry. Proceed to doodle tiny squiggly lines all over ground and yourself, make sure one end of the line connects to the other. Repeat.
Check out this lovely art by Kat!
